- 3-4 dry red chillies - 2 dried Kashmiri red chillies - 4-5 cloves of garlic - 1 tsp of jeera - 200g of paneer - 2 tbsp of ghee - 1 onion chopped - 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp of stock powder (optional) - salt to taste - lime juice

Cut the block of paneer into cubes and keep it aside.

Dry roast your spices in a pan with garlic cloves and red chillies.

Add the dry roast mixture into a blender with some water and blend into smooth paste.

Add ghee into a pan and shallow fry the paneer pieces with little salt. Keep this aside.

In the same pan, saute chopped onions with ginger-garlic paste in oil. Add the blended masala into the pan and keep mixing.
