Paneer Roast, Anyone?

Ingredients 

- 3-4 dry red chillies - 2 dried Kashmiri red chillies - 4-5 cloves of garlic - 1 tsp of jeera - 200g of paneer - 2 tbsp of ghee - 1 onion chopped - 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp of stock powder (optional) - salt to taste - lime juice

Step 1 

Cut the block of paneer into cubes and keep it aside.

Dry roast your spices in a pan with garlic cloves and red chillies.

Step 2

Add the dry roast mixture into a blender with some water and blend into smooth paste.

Step 3

Add ghee into a pan and shallow fry the paneer pieces with little salt. Keep this aside.

Step 4

In the same pan, saute chopped onions with ginger-garlic paste in oil. Add the blended masala into the pan and keep mixing.

Once you see the oil separating, add water to adjust the consistency. Then, add the paneer pieces into the gravy. Your 10-min Paneer Roast is ready!
