Potatoes, peas, chilli powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, chaat masala, rice vermicelli, cornflour, fresh coriander.

Boil potatoes and peas together. Peel potatoes and mash it with peas and set aside.
Add all the mentioned spices and lemon juice to the mashed mixture and make small balls.

Make a cornflour slurry and in a separate plate crumble the vermicelli and keep it ready to coat the balls.
Dip the ball in cornflour slurry then coat it in the vermicelli. Take oil in a pan and warm it up.

Once hot, drop the balls in the oil and fry till golden and crispy on medium heat.

Once ready, serve the balls with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.

You can also make it cheese-burst by adding a small cube of cheese in the middle of the mashed mixture while forming the balls.
