1.5 cup ghee 300G, 1.25 cup icing sugar 160G, 1 teaspoon Amonia(masher) 10G, 1/4 spoon vanilla 5G, 3/4 cup milk or 200 ml carbonate water, 1 teaspoon baking powder 7 G, 4-4.5 cups flour 500-550 grams . 2 spoons milk powder 30 G optional

Add sugar and ghee in the mixing pot and blend it together.
Take a bowl add flour, baking powder and milk powder and sieve it all into it.

Add vanilla, eggs and carbonated water and the sieved flour to the mixture in the stand mixer bowl and whisk again.
After mixing, get the dough out in a bowl and fill it in a piping bag

Now pipe it on a tray and bake it in the oven for 15-20 mins on 180 fahrenheit.

Once ready, take them out and let it cool down.
