1/2 cup of Oats 1/2 cup of washed Masoor dal 1/2 Beetroot 2 Green chillies 1/2 inch of Ginger 1 tsp of Cumin Salt to taste Water as required Ghee or oil

Add oats and masoor dal into the mixer.

Add the beetroot pieces, chilies, cumin seeds, water, ginger also into the blender and blend to form the batter.

Pour the batter into a bowl and mix it abit.

Add oil on a tawa and when it becomes hot, pour the batter and spread it.
