If you love the aroma of caramalised onions and flavour of garlic and butter, you need to make Golden Onion Spaghetti following Chef Saransh Goila's recipe.

• 5 onions • 30g butter • 3-4 sliced garlic cloves • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese • Crushed black pepper • 1 tbsp red chili sauce • Salt • 2 tbsp fresh cream • 45ml pasta water • Boiled spaghetti • Chopped parsley • Lemon zest • Extra virgin olive oil

• Start the pasta preparation by slicing onions thinly.

• Add butter to a pan and let it melt. Add onion slices and garlic and slowly caramilse on a low flame for 18-20 minutes.

• Next, transfer caramalised onions to a mixer and add grated parmesan cheese, crushed black pepper, salt, red chilli sauce, fresh cream, and pasta water and blend to a smooth textured sauce.

• Once done, pour the creamy onion sauce into a pan and add al dente spaghetti. Cook for a few minutes and coat the pasta nicely.

Serve delishaas Golden Onion Spaghetti on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon zest. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil before relishing and enjoy!
