Are guests coming over to your place? Serve crispy Cauliflower Karaage with a savoury dip. Chef Saloni Kukreja shared a recipe for this mouth-watering snack.
• 1 cauliflower • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 inch ginger • 3 garlic cloves • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tsp sesame oil • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 1/2 cup potato starch/ cornstarch • A pinch of white pepper powder • Togarashi • 1/4th cup mayonnaise • 1 tbsp gochujang • A pinch of salt • A pinch of sugar • 1/2 tbsp vinegar • Black sesame • Green onion

• Cut a cauliflower into small florets. Boil the veggies in salted water until they turn tender.

• Once done, marinate boiled cauliflower with soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, rice vinegar, white pepper, grated ginger, and grated garlic.

• After about half an hour, mix corn flour and potato starch and coat marinated florets with the mixture.

• Deep fry in hot oil and garnish with togarashi, black sesame, and green onions.
