Saj bread, also known as Markook or Shrak, is a traditional Middle Eastern flatbread
all-purpose flour, salt, olive oil, warm water, flour for dusting.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Once the dough rises, divide into small balls and roll it out flat.
Make sure the pan or the griddle is hot before you place this flatbread on it.
Cook it completely by flipping it on both sides.
Serve with hot with dips or fill some meat or veggies and wrap it in a roll.
