METHULI in the country, Dr Musa Mthombeni and his wife Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni, have once again said that they enjoyed their recent vacation while visiting Europe.
This couple left Lisbon, Portugal, and headed to Amsterdam, Netherlands, showing us the beauty of these places and the things they liked.
Liesl posted a bunch of photos on Instagram while they were in Lisbon. In these photos, he also reminded us that this year they will be married for five years since they are getting married in August 2021.
In her text, she talked about her husband’s fashion which does not match her style at all. “It’s a short trip to prepare for the winter cold in this country. Someone packed it himself, I was confused when he said he was ready for the road all of a sudden,”
said Liesl.
This lady was upset that Musa was wearing a football jersey and jeans, while she was well dressed, and she said that she heard a voice that explains how she won the Miss SA title in 2015.
Their trip has pleased many, who are left with questions about visiting Portugal and what they can expect in that country.
Portugal is one of the best destinations in Europe with historic cities such as Lisbon with its great history and nightlife, Porto suitable for wine lovers, the beautiful Algarve coast with the beautiful Praia da Marinha, Madeira and the Azores where you will enjoy the natural beauty and beautiful islands.
It is said that the best time to visit this place is March to May (spring) or September/October (autumn) to enjoy the cool weather and avoid the summer crowds. Top tips include taking the trains, carrying money in small towns, and visiting the palaces of Sintra and the beaches of Nazaré.
Transportation: Portugal is small and easy to get around by public transport such as trains, buses, or planes. There are also rental cars, but Portugal also has many toll roads; it is important to explore the easy way to pay with modern electronic toll services when driving.
Fees and Charges: Here Euro is used ((€)). It is said that this is one of the least expensive countries in Europe as it is 20–25% cheaper than the UK. Although the security is tight, tourists are warned to be careful because it is anyone’s fault.
