“I cannot believe that any mother would do this to their own baby. It’s so painful to see,” said Kuils River resident Alana Jacobs after finding a newborn baby dumped in her backyard on Sunday morning.
Jacobs was getting ready for the early morning church service when she made the harrowing discovery.
“It was a newborn baby girl, naked and wrapped in blankets and just dumped on the grass,” she said.
