US DJ and producer Diplo, known for songs like Where Are Ü Now, has been accused of distributing revenge porn in a new lawsuit filed on Thursday.

This is the second time in less than a year that Diplo, real name Thomas Wesley Pentz, has been accused of revenge porn distribution.

The lawsuit was filed in California by a woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe, who said that she had a relationship with Diplo from June 2016 to October 2023.

The complaint states that the woman discovered in November 2023 that Diplo had allegedly distributed videos and photos of their sexual interactions without her consent, according to Variety.

The woman had told Diplo during their relationship that she didn’t want him to record their sexual interactions or distribute them.

The woman initially reported Diplo to New York police on 7 November, and a warrant was issued for the DJ’s arrest.

The producer has previously been accused by another person of distributing revenge porn. A woman named Shelly Auguste claimed, in 2020, she was sexually assaulted by him and that he disseminated sexual content of her without consent.

Diplo, in turn, filed a lawsuit alleging that the woman was a “stalker” and that her claims were baseless, Variety reported.

Auguste filed another complaint regarding revenge porn against Diplo in August 2023 to the Los Angeles Police Department, which was taken under review.
