Three people were killed and another seriously injured when a private plane crashed between Nelspruit and Witbank in Mpumalanga on Sunday afternoon.
Mpumalanga police spokesperson Colonel Donald Mdluli confirmed that three people had died in the accident.
SA Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) spokesperson Sisa Majola said their Accident and Incident Investigations Division (AIID) was informed of the accident just after 15:30.
