IT APPEARS that things are in turmoil at MKP as its offices in KwaZulu-Natal have been closed due to debts.
It turns out that MKP has gone into debt in this strange way as an order has come out for its members to arrest criminals.
The offices of MKP KwaZulu-Natal in Durban, were closed on Tuesday afternoon.

It is said that MKP has not paid for months.
Efforts to get comments from MKP KwaZulu-Natal producer, Mr. Willies Mchunu, and the party’s organizer in the province, Mr. Simphiwe Mpungose, were unsuccessful as their phone calls went unanswered.
As this is happening, the MKP Treasurer, Mr. Brian Molefe, has recently issued an order for all members of the party to arrest criminals.
Molefe ordered members of the group to temporarily stop renting accommodation, events and vehicles.
In the letter seen byOf this countryMolefe stated that this decision was taken so that he would have the opportunity to come up with a debt settlement plan and come up with a new financial plan.
Molefe revealed that he had instructed MKP members not to travel to places if he was looking for the expenses of traveling to places to be paid by the party.
“This situation will continue until July 26. All requests to travel to places that have already been submitted will be rejected. We will notify all those who applied.”
For a long time there have been suspicions about money laundering in MKP.
The problem of mismanagement of money is said to be the reason why those who are appointed as Treasurer in MKP do not stay for long.
The ongoing situation in the MKP has been written to the members of the party, especially as the local government elections are approaching.
A member of the MKP, who asked not to be identified, complained that this situation will disrupt the election campaign.
“This thing happened at a bad time. This is a time when we should not be seen in the communities. How will we be seen if people don’t go to different places? It was just obvious that things are not going well. I started to notice during the registration to vote (last month). We didn’t get the resources to work. MKP didn’t show up in many polling centers because we didn’t plan well.”
