There was something different in the grounds of Lundi today as the opening ceremony will be led by the King of all churches
The official opening marks an important touch point in the annual program of the indigenous leadership center in the province and gives the King an opportunity to address the Chiefs.
The Minister in the Department of Governance and Indigenous Affairs Reverend Thulasizwe Buthelezi says it is important to equip and empower this institution with the principles of Nokusho.
“This step is a strategic effort to strengthen and equip our chiefs, to ensure that they have the necessary resources to serve their communities with dignity and efficiency,” the ministry said in a statement.
