The State Capture National Investigation Task Team has obtained 2 241 statements across 53 cases, Hawks head Lieutenant General Godfrey Lebeya said during the release of fourth quarter statistics on Friday.
To date, the Hawks have apprehended 27 suspects, while an additional six were arrested in connection with Bosasa cases before their transfer to the Investigative Directorate (ID), Lebeya said.
He said this brings the total number of arrests made by the Hawks to 33.
