Sikonathi Mantshantsha wants a referendum to mandate Parliament to amend the Bill of Rights of the Constitution to implement the death penalty for the violent crimes of murder and rape; a candidate who has a plan to achieve economic growth of 5% and above a year; and one whose government will privatise all state-owned companies and assets that require taxpayer bailouts and are not able to fully perform their jobs.
