Bongani Ntanzi evidently again changed his tune about a confession statement relating to his involvement in the murder of former Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa.
Ntanzi now claimed that he was never asked any questions by the magistrate who took the confession, and that he gave her no answers.
Ntanzi and his four co-accused – Muzi Sibiya, Mthobisi Mncube, Mthokoziseni Maphisa and Fisokuhle Ntuli – returned to the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria this week, where they are on trial for the murder of Meyiwa.
