Some of Saturday’s great highlights were delivered by Sipho Dambile in the 200 m for men (20.02), as well as Lyth Pillay (45.22 in the 400 m), Marlie Viljoen in the 400 m for women (51.72), Marioné Fourie in the 100 m hurdles (12.69) and Colette Uys who won the gold medal in the shot put (16.87 m).
