One person has died and another has been taken to hospital following a horrific crash on the N2 outside Ermelo, before reaching Camden.
Emergency services had to use saws and grinders to free the person trapped in the accident. Their efforts to find those responsible caused major traffic disruptions in the area. In another incident, vehicles collided on the N2 near the entrance to Mkhondo.
The cause of the accident was not yet clear. Motorists are urged to drive carefully
