A panel appointed to investigate the contents of two rooms at Stellenbosch University’s Wilgenhof residence has rejected “in the strongest possible terms” the report of a subsequent panel, established to investigate the conduct of the vice-chancellor and chair of council, saying its findings “borders on the bizarre”.
