The Western Cape High Court’s Judge Robert Henney demanded an explanation for why nobody involved in an alleged plot to attack the late Anti-Gang Unit Charl Kinnear with a hand grenade at his house was arrested when the police heard a co-accused discussing it in an office at the AGU’s Faure base.
