A day after 50-year-old murder-accused taxi owner Dingalomoya Cintso was gunned down outside a magistrate’s chambers at Wynberg Magistrate’s Court in Cape Town, security remained alarmingly relaxed, with no functioning walk-through metal detector and inconsistent use of hand-held scanners.
