The newly-appointed Commission for the Promotion of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities says it wants to relook its predecessor’s findings into historic abuse allegations at KwaSizabantu and chart a way forward with the victims in a manner that “will bring peace to them”.
