Communications and Digital Technologies Minister Solly Malatsi defended his decision to withdraw the controversial SABC Bill, acknowledging that the decision was “unconventional” and “disruptive” as some MPs criticised him for disrespecting the Portfolio Committee on Communications and Digital Technologies.
