The case against alleged 28s gang boss Ralph Stanfield, his wife Nicole, as well as former City of Cape Town Human Settlements MMC Malusi Booi, and others were withdrawn and then reinstated as one big case in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
