Lawyers for former members of KwaSizabantu say their clients would never have put themselves through the ordeal of testifying before the CRL Rights Commission – and South Africa at large – had they known about legal advice the body received beforehand to the effect that their claims against the KwaZulu-Natal mission fell outside of its jurisdiction.
