High Court Judge Mandlenkosi Motha has slammed the handling of the “racism” scandal that gripped Pretoria High School for Girls earlier this year on all fronts – accusing former president Thabo Mbeki of trying to “sweep it under the rug” and the Gauteng Department of Education of a “failure of leadership”.
