Former Generations actor Fezile Makhanya’s company, Seacrest Investments 156, is mired in a corruption scandal in the Public Works and Infrastructure Department, where his business allegedly invoiced the department up to R61 million for work it didn’t complete, News24 can exclusively reveal.
