Of the 272 bank cards found in the bedroom of a Cato Manor constable, who was arrested after being found with a bank card belonging to the owner of a vehicle that was stolen during a hijacking in which an 11-year-old girl died, 10 were stolen during the July 2021 unrest and looting in KwaZulu-Natal.
