Thami Ntuli says the coalition is strong and committed

The new premier of KwaZulu-Natal, Thamsanqa Ntuli, who has been in office for two weeks, says that his administration is ready to govern and he does not foresee any collapse. 

His IFP-led administration has taken over from the ANC, which led for several years, but fell dramatically in support, allowing the IFP, the DA, the National Freedom Party and the ANC to form a coalition government. Together they hold a narrow 41-seat majority in the 80-seat provincial legislature after no party won an outright majority.
