The Secretary General of the ANC, Mr. Fikile Mbalula, said that members of the party who are also members of the SACP should choose which party to go with in the local government elections.
Mbalula said that no member will be allowed to hit him from side to side. He said this while speaking in the Eastern Cape, at the party’s leadership selection conference in the Amathole region.
Mbalula revealed that they will hold a special executive council meeting within this month, where they will decide on the SACP’s participation in the elections.
