WILL CELEBRATE with an event the 10-year reunion representing the faith singer who is from Mlaza by birth, Malusi Mbokazi.

This singer who made a name for himself singing in the Abanqobi religious group, said It is a country that this event will be held on September 5, at the ICC, Durban, from 6 pm.

He said that the tickets have already started and are available at different places, some cost R200 and R500.

He stated that he felt it was very important for him to thank God for the success of the event because this journey was long and not easy.

“On this occasion, I want to thank all the people who have stood by me in all these ten years of my independence. I am very grateful to the different government departments, municipalities, private companies and all the people who showed up to be with me,” he said.

He emphasized that there have been challenges in all these years but God is good and stayed with him, saying that in these years of solo singing he was able to release four albums.

“I was very happy that people were enjoying them all. This means a lot to me and also to my music.”

From now on, he said he wishes to see people continue to support him so that he can complete another 10 years of his tenure.

”What I have learned in all these years is that it is important to work well with people and respect them. I have also learned that if you are a musician, you must stand up and know what you need,” he said.

He thanked all the musicians he has worked well with over the years and said he will continue to work with them.

Malusi became very popular with his song titled A walking stick. In time, he said he will reveal the names of the religious singers who will be part of the ceremony.

He urged people to buy tickets while there is still time so that they can be a part of this event.

”I am asking people to come and support me as they have been doing all these years and this time I am asking them to do the same thing in this event,” he explained.
