The family of an East London police officer, Sergeant Sinethemba Msutu, has pleaded with detectives to work around the clock to find out how he died.
Msutu’s bruised body was discovered at West Bank Beach in East London on 1 June after he was reported missing a day earlier. He was found 13km from where he lived.
Msutu, 36, who was working at the Cambridge police station, was in a car accident on 30 May and was taken to hospital.
