A MUSICIAN from Mandaba, Nkandla, Khuzani Mpungose, has revealed that the Blue Naton Festival event he held in Carnival City is to unite his Blue Nation fans, but the main thing is to unite the nation of masks.

This event, which will be the second this year, will be held on May 2, and it started in high gear last year, when it was attended by crowds of people from different parts of the country to celebrate with this hero.

At this year’s event, Khuzani said he wants to continue uniting the maskandi nation, by holding an event of this type with his colleagues who are the hottest these days, with their songs.

“I have already announced some of my colleagues who will be part of the event, people who have shown great interest in them. I want the candy industry to be united using their music. We will do all this by joining hands when we hold events like this. It is exciting to see the enthusiasm shown even by those who come to the event as they buy tickets for the festival, which encourages them,” said Khuzani.

He said that some of the musicians who hire them take them for what they do in this music as they treat it with dignity, while others write it for themselves and sing it in ways that touch the hearts of different people.

“There are musicians who, when they enter the stage, awaken joy, energy and the spirit of humanity to the people who are at the event with their music. Some of their songs have a different sound and enthusiasm on stage, which is what pleases the people who are watching. Some have been in this role for a few years but the power they have now, their songs touch the heart which is what we want for our fans when we organize events of this type,” said Khuzani.

The singers who have announced that they will be there at the moment include a young man from Nquthu, Jaiva Zimnike, Gatsheni, Njoko, Menzi, Limit Nala, Mzukulu, Shenge wase Hlalankosi, Mlabalaba, Mafikizolo, Nkeshemba, Feza. Today, Khuzani revealed that he will release the complete list of artists and hosts who will be there.

Khozi FM broadcaster Zimdollar, who has recently announced that he is putting the corks on the terrace to host candy events, is expected to say goodbye at this event for the last time doing this job. Tickets for this event are available at Webticket for R200, R250 and R300.
