Anthropic Claude AI Memory Feature: Anthropic has launched the memory feature in Claude AI. This feature is very easy to use. With the help of the feature, you can also transfer your ChatGPT and Gemini experience to Claude AI. The complete method of using the feature is explained below.

OpenAI Entered into an agreement with the US Department of Defense. After this, many users on social media expressed concern about the data privacy of ChatGPT. Earlier, AI company Anthropic distanced itself from the same agreement by objecting to some aspects of it. Many users also appreciated this decision.

Now Anthropic has launched the memory feature in Claude AI. If you use ChatGPT or Gemini and these chatbots have started understanding your likes and dislikes, your way of writing, work requirements or conversation style, then with the help of this feature you can transfer your experience to Claude AI as well. With this, there will be no need to explain everything from the beginning when adopting a new platform. Let us understand how we can use this feature.

Go to ChatGPT Settings

Go into the settings of your existing AI chatbot like ChatGPT and export its information, likes and dislikes and history from there. This can be in the form of a text or JSON file, which contains your chat history and personal instructions.

Memory feature will be available here

Go to Capabilities in Claude’s settings and turn on the Memory feature. With the help of this feature, Claude can remember your information. Now you will get a special paste box where you can paste the exported data.

Now paste your exported information into Claude and write, ‘This is my old information, remember this.’ Claude will save it in his memory and will start understanding you in the same way in the next chat.

What will be the benefit of this entire process?

The biggest advantage of this entire process is that you will not have to start again. If you have told your needs and likes and dislikes to ChatGPT, Gemini or any other chatbot for several months, Claude will also learn all that. The special thing is that this feature is now open for free users also. Earlier the memory benefits on Claude were available only to users with paid subscription, but now everyone can use it for free.
