  • Jesse Suntele and Thuthu Maqhosha welcomed their baby boy baby, Emihle.
  • The couple recently held an arcade game-themed baby shower.
  • Thuthu gushed about her partner, whom she praised for being “there every step of the way.”

TV personality and actor Jesse Suntele and his partner, artist manager Thuthu Maqhosha, welcomed their first child together.

Thuthu seemingly had nothing but gratitude when she expressed love for their newborn baby and appreciation for her partner, whom she hailed for being supportive throughout their journey.

The new mom penned a lengthy post on Instagram reminiscing over moments from the baby shower until the last moment her partner was at the hospital with her.

“Glory be to God and our ancestors. We found out so late that we were pregnant. It was a bittersweet moment when we were told it was twins and only one survived. I had such mixed emotions: do I mourn or celebrate? Also, why?” she wrote.

She said her partner made her realise there was more to celebrate: being parents to two angels and one baby boy.

“He further helped me embrace the journey and convinced me to do a shoot and have a baby shower. All I’ve ever wanted is to be pregnant and have seven babies, and when we lost Pandora in 2020, the thought of trying again was the scariest thing. Falling pregnant seemed so far-fetched, but God and our ancestors knew the perfect time, and when it arrived, they blessed us because he alone is God.”

“Thank you to our friends and family for the love and endless support. Thank you to our three beautiful babies for choosing us. Baby Baba is healthy and beautiful. Guys, he has a dimple. Those who know me know my obsession. Now, here’s to being Mr and Mrs Mokoka.”

The couple recently celebrated their baby shower with friends and family. They booked out the arcade in Rosebank, Johannesburg.

“One thing about us, we will play. Yes, we booked out the whole arcade and celebrated baby Emihle by playing games. What a wholesome fun day,” Thuthu wrote.
