Whoever believes there has been no progress in South Africa over the last three decades has not been living in the country.

This is according to GOOD Party leader Patricia de Lille, the only opposition leader in the ANC-run national Cabinet.

Speaking on News24’s Q&A elections podcast, De Lille said implementing policies had been the government’s biggest challenge.
