One of the two elderly men, who allegedly killed another man at an old age home, has died in prison.

Jeremiah Mmatli, 75, and Daniel Madumo, 92, were arrested on 30 May for allegedly beating to death their fellow old age resident, 80-year-old Godfrey Temu.

North West police spokesperson Brigadier Sabata Mokgwabone confirmed the death, but referred News24 to the Department of Correctional Services.
