A four-year-old boy from Port St Johns in the Eastern Cape is fighting for his life in hospital after he was discovered with his throat slit and intestines out in a suspected botched muthi-related attack.
The attack took place in Mantusini village on 26 April, said family spokesperson Julius Noxaka.
Noxaka said the boy was discovered to be missing from the other child he was playing with on the morning of 26 April.
