Damage to heritage house: Standard Insurance refuses payment after tribunal finding

A homeowner from the Western Cape has, after a protracted legal battle of two and a half years, won a victory against Standard Insurance Limited. This after the insurer refused to pay storm damage to her 130-year-old heritage house in full.
