Under-fire Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande is set to be slapped with criminal charges after leaked audio recordings exposed how service providers allegedly paid millions of rands in kickbacks to him and National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) board chair Ernest Khosa.
The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) obtained audio recordings of two meetings between Khosa and a representative of a service provider which apparently revealed how service providers allegedly paid millions of rands in alleged kickbacks to Nzimande and Khosa.
