South African Ntando Sogoni has found himself in choppy legal waters after he allegedly stabbed two of his crew mates on a cruise ship this week.

Sogoni was detained and arrested after trying to use a lifeboat to disembark from the ship. A statement issued by the US Attorney’s Office in the District of Alaska said that Sogoni had been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
