Even the celebrities were outraged by the loss of Kaizer Chiefs, one of the biggest teams in the country on Tuesday night, who lost 1-0 to Richards Bay FC, in the Betway Premiership match at Mhlathuze Sports Complex, Mhlathuze.

Although Amakhosi have been beaten repeatedly, their fans came out in large numbers to support them in the recently renovated stadium. However, they went home dejected after being beaten by the Chiefs for the fourth time in a row.

As it happened, Chiefs had just caused pain to their fans by losing 3-0 to Orlando Pirates in the home match of Soweto at FNB Stadium, Nasrec.

The fans of this team, in all areas, were complaining about different things about the bad performance of the team.

One of them is the poor performance of the players, the officials of this team who are the sons and daughters of Kaizer Motaung, and the coach as they say that Cedric Kaze and Khalil Ben Youssef who train together should be shown the way.

Khozi FM broadcaster, Tshatha Ngobe and actor Wiseman Mncube, who are staunch Chiefs fans, came out on social media saying that they have stopped following this team at the moment because of their loss.

Tshatha said that this is the death of this group because of sons who do not want to follow in their father’s footsteps.

“Chiefs is dead, you hear, it is dying at the hands of sons who failed to follow in their father’s footsteps, they can’t even identify players who deserve to play for such a big team. Just don’t call me Chiefs again, it’s not the one that stole our hearts when we were growing up. The current one is dead, and it died. Today it pissed me off for the last time, it won’t bother me again,” Tshatha wrote on his Facebook page.

Wiseman also publicly told the group on his Instagram page that he is currently taking a break from following them.

“I will see you when you have hired a coach who is ready to do the job and a team that is willing to play to protect their reputation, for now we have left,” said Wiseman.

Actor and broadcaster, Hope Mbhele, who is also known as a big fan of this group, said “Sometimes the power runs out, my brothers will not last,” said Hope.

Umculi u-Oscar Mbo uthe “APlease let those foreign men go, thank you.”

On social media, it was clear to Chiefs fans that the anger is no longer the same as before because they have been disappointed many times.

But what stands out is the disappointment of many about what happened to it since there are no changes.
