South Africa needs a government that can commit itself to delivery.

We must consolidate a coalition government and get to work. It is urgent that the parties strike an agreement that South Africans can be confident will underpin an effective government. We trust that it will find those parties it can align with, and those parties show similar magnanimity in engaging. A great deal rests on an effective partnership and the world is watching.

South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future. News24 has kept the country informed for 25 years, and we’re about to enter a new chapter of fearless journalism.
