A suspected member of the West Gang was killed during a shootout with the police in Nanda.The suspect, who is in his twenties, was wanted for multiple armed robbery and other violent crimes.He was found this morning by the SAPS Task Team in Nanda and SAT Enforcement, based on information from the intelligence service – hiding in a one-room house in Mzomusha.The suspect is said to have tried to shoot at the police but he was hit first and died later.
