On Monday, non-politician members of the JSC found that there was no prima facie evidence of Anthony Brink’s accusations of judicial corruption against Dunstan Mlambo, the Gauteng judge president. (Picture supplied/Image by News24)

The Aids denialist whose efforts to seek the impeachment of Gauteng
Judge President Dunstan Mlambo have been rejected by a Judicial Service
Commission (JSC) majority, after he threatened the “most extreme and
destructive vengeance” if he didn’t “get simple justice”.

Advocate Anthony Brink made headlines after his fake intelligence report
on unsubstantiated allegations of judicial corruption was disavowed by the
State Security Agency (SSA) because it was presented as though it had been
written by SSA director-general Thembisile Majola.

Brink has confirmed that he wrote the report, which made his deep
animosity towards Mlambo apparent.
