A report has claimed that taking advantage of the Iran war, China is creating a database of America’s war fighting style with the help of AI. This work is being done by China’s private tech companies, which are keeping a close eye on America’s every move. The data bank being prepared with its help can create such an algorithm in the future, which will help China against America.

China is keeping an eye on America’s activities with AI
The world is watching the increasing tension between Iran and America, but behind the scenes, a different war is going on with the help of AI. In fact, according to reports, China’s private tech companies are keeping a close watch on every action of the US Army with the help of AI. This is no ordinary espionage as Chinese companies are trying to create a data bank, which has given Washington sleepless nights.

It is worth noting that China is publicly maintaining distance from this war, but its companies are tracking the real-time location of American warships and fighter jets through advanced AI tools. In this age of technology, America is now seeing the end of the secrecy of the battlefield. In such a situation, experts claim that future wars will not be fought on the basis of missiles but through algorithms.

How is China making Iran war a database?

To create a database on Iran war, Chinese companies are not using spy satellites but open source i.e. publicly available data. This includes information about flight trackers, movement of ships etc. When this huge data is processed with the help of AI, it becomes known within seconds which aircraft carrier of America is where and how much movement is happening at their base. Not only this, Chinese companies are even decoding the radio signals of planes with the help of AI. In such a situation, it is becoming difficult for America to keep its strategy hidden. (Ref.)

Chinese tech companies, army and government are one

Reports have claimed that under China’s civil-military integration policy, Chinese tech companies are linked to the country’s army and government. Under this policy, AI discoveries from the private sector are being directly included in the military department. These companies claim that they are only doing data analysis but reports suggest that they are preparing the Chinese government against its rival i.e. America. Because of this, China or its government is able to refuse any kind of interference in the war.

Wars will be fought with AI algorithms

These reports make it clear that the wars of the future will not be fought only on the basis of missiles but on the basis of algorithms. Earlier, the information which was available only to the governments, has been brought to the hands of private companies by AI.

American experts believe that the increasing power of AI will pose a major risk to the safety of soldiers in the future. He says that if tomorrow the movement of the army starts being tracked with the help of AI, then things like surprise attacks or secret missions will have no meaning in war.
