Instead of taking action against two government officials who allegedly aided a group of companies in a sophisticated R72 million fraud from 2006 to 2010, the KwaZulu-Natal department of social development (DSD) simply allowed the officials to transfer to provincial department of agriculture and rural development (DARD).
