In an attempt to seek urgent initiation reforms in the Eastern Cape, Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta) Velenkosini Hlabisa has asked two government commissions to investigate the deaths of 28 initiates during the province’s summer initiation season.
